Welcome to Luxe RV & Boat Covered Storage. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or entering into a rental agreement, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to hold any storage unit. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Non-Payment of Deposit: Failure to pay the required deposit within the timeframe specified during booking will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Re-booking: If a reservation is cancelled for non-payment, a new reservation may be made subject to current availability, with the deposit due immediately at the time of booking.
Due Date: Monthly rental payments are due in full on the 1st day of every month.
Grace Period: We provide a 5-day grace period for all payments.
Late Fee: If payment is not received by the end of the day on the 5th of the month, a $50.00 late fee will be automatically applied to your account.
Partial Payments: We do not accept partial payments. Any balance remaining after the 5th of the month is subject to the full late fee.
Secure Transactions: All financial transactions are protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This encryption ensures that your payment details are transmitted securely.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers through our secure portal.
Failure to pay monthly rent and any accrued late fees may result in:
Gate Access Suspension: Your access code may be deactivated until the account is brought current.
Overlocking: A facility lock may be placed on your unit or vehicle.
Lien Process: In accordance with state law, continued non-payment may result in a lien being placed against the stored property, leading to a public auction.
Permitted Items: Only RVs, boats, and approved vehicles may be stored. Storage of hazardous materials or explosives is strictly prohibited.
Maintenance: No major mechanical work or repairs are permitted on-site.
No Tenancy: Living aboard any RV or Boat on LUXE property is strictly prohibited. No overnight stays allowed of any persons.
Customer Responsibility: Luxe RV & Boat Covered Storage does not provide insurance for your personal property. Tenants must maintain their own insurance coverage.
Limitation of Liability: Management is not liable for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature.
By Customer: Written notice of termination must be provided 10 days prior to your next billing cycle.
By Management: We reserve the right to terminate any rental agreement for repeated late payments or violations of facility rules.
